Mixer Questionnaire

As a national pizzeria equipment dealer, we are always inside of pizzerias. We see your process, your ingredients, your equipment, and, of course, your pizza. We see what makes you smile and we see what bothers you. We also hear things… lots of things. We pick up on small comments, and when we hear it again in a different pizzeria it sticks in our head. Then, if we hear it another time we usually do something about it!

Recently, we’ve heard more than a few mentions of wanting to get more out of your dough mixer. It’s an expensive piece of equipment and, in most pizzerias, is only used for 20 minutes on days when dough needs to be mixed. If it can do more, and if doing more means helping your business, well then we should find a way to put it to work. Well clearly those comments got our attention, and we want to hear more about what you think of your mixer.
