This turn and take-out small peel, perforated and made entirely of stainless steel to prevent heat transfer from the oven. The handle base and interim sliding grip are made of high-density polymer, with high impact and heat resistance. The sliding element also slides into the bottom handle so it can be immediately gripped correctly.
