Now, after lots of listening and testing, Forza Pizza is proud to offer Somerset dough management equipment. A storied and celebrated name in the pizzeria industry for decades, Somerset equipment allows you to free up personnel by streamlining operations and ensuring consistency across all stages of your dough.

For example, once you finished mixing your dough it is time cut and weigh each piece. Here is where you would use the Somerset SDD-450 dough divider. Simply place the large dough mass into the hopper and watch the SDD-450 portion and cut each piece to your specification. From there, each portioned piece of dough can fall directly into the Somerset SDR-400 dough rounder which automatically rounds the piece of dough into a smooth and tight ball. From there, depending on your pizza style, you may want to slide it through the Somerset dough sheeter, a CDR-2100 for example, to turn a round ball of dough into a smooth and uniform disk ready for toppings. Each of these items will save you time, energy, training, and money while keeping your dough operations consistent and efficient.
