Shipping:

Estimated fulfillment time is 3-5 business days for Swag and Tools unless otherwise noted.

Order never arrived:

If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know!

First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.

If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at shop@forzapizza.com noting your order number. We'll see what can be done.

Shipping rates are based on weight and are calculated during checkout. Please see product descriptions for more shipping information as some items ship free!

Please note, some orders may arrive in partial shipments. 

EQUIPMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Unless explicitly stated, Purchaser is responsible for all installation costs, providing labor to unload equipment upon arrival, installation mechanics and start up service. All local service connections: gas, electricity, vents, water and drains per local code. When applicable, a functional checkout of equipment to be performed by an authorized service company to ensure all utilities are correctly connected and that proper voltages, gas pressures, drains and venting are present per manufacturer specifications to validate warranty. Returned items must be in their original packaging material and may be subject to a 25% restocking fee and return freight charge.

End user certifies that the location has been checked for proper voltage, phase & amperage to match those listed above. Any incurred cost or delay due to electrical discrepancies shall be the responsibility of the purchaser.

End user agrees to check shipment upon arrival for any damage that may have occurred during shipment and make any claims with Forza Pizza LLC within 5 business days of receipt. Photo evidence must be provided.

If an order is canceled after being placed with the manufacturer/distributor a 25% cancellation fee and a restocking fee may apply. Any freight, including any damage during freight, and any local applicable taxes related to an order cancellation are the responsibility of the purchaser. 

Unless otherwise stated, used or refurbished equipment is sold “as-is, where-is”.  

Forza Pizza reserves the right to cancel an order at any time.

Forza Pizza is a registered business in Illinois and is not required to charge sales tax in some states. Purchaser may still be required to pay sales tax and is recommended to consult an accountant professional.

All sales are final.
