Pizza Romana Panino

When you've been to a few pizza tradeshows, you start to learn which booths are can't miss. Like the Molino Polselli booth where Massimo Saieva, the lead instructor of the Roman Pizza Academy, is usually creating gorgeous, delicious, and inventive pizzas on the fly. Not only is the booth can't miss, but so are the crowds of people that form every 15 minutes when one of Massimo's pizzas al taglio emerges from the oven.

While the below may or may not be pizza, it was a pleasure to watch Massimo work step-by-step on what I'm calling a Pizza Romana Panino. Check it out and don't miss him at the next show!
