This turn and take-out small peel from the Evoluzione line is extra light and extra resistant. It is perforated and made entirely of stainless steel to prevent heat transfer from the oven. The handle base and interim sliding grip are made of high-density polymer, with high impact and heat resistance. The sliding element also slides into the bottom handle so it can be immediately gripped correctly.
